Portfolio Manager
We are seeking talented and motivated sales people to join our telecom lease acquisition team as a Portfolio Manager. Our Portfolio Managers are entrepreneurial and have exceptional people and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will represent our company with enthusiasm and professionalism to new prospects and existing customers. Knowledge of finance, real estate and/or telecommunications is desired, but not necessary. Be a part of the booming cellular real estate industry. There is no commission ceiling, so earning potential is uncapped.
Transaction Closer
Working out of our Marina del Rey office, the full time Transaction Closer will take a transaction from infancy through the due diligence process to closing. Transactions involve acquisition and/or disposition of real estate assets and the size of each one can vary. Duties include managing the documentation and other due diligence items. Engaging and directing clients, vendors and attorneys. Tracking the status of several projects in various stages of due diligence. The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate transactions involving lending, acquisitions or dispositions, and have experience preparing boilerplate real estate contracts. Being detail oriented is absolutely necessary. Professional verbal and written communication skills, a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management programs are also essential. Compensation based on experience.
